We looked at the Story of Zechariah

​

The Craft Challenge was to make a praying hand decoration as a symbol for the Jesse Tree. 

​

Zechariah was working in the Temple when a angel told him that he and his wife Elizabeth were going to have a baby boy called John.

He was surprised! The angel told Zechariah that his son John would help people to get ready for Jesus. 

​

God's people had been waiting for Jesus for so long and now it was nearly time for him to arrive. How exciting! 

​

We thought about the things we are hoping and praying for.
